The sand mixing equipment can achieve uniform mixing of fracturing slurries with different viscosities, sand ratios, and densities according to fracturing processes. It is suitable for sand control in oil and gas wells, fracturing acidification, and the development of shale gas and coalbed methane. The equipment's displacement specifications range from 12 bbl/min to 75 bbl/min. It utilizes a self-developed control system that enables automatic control of sand-liquid density and various chemical additives either on the equipment or in the instrument truck.
